Affiliate Artist Program

Introduction

Hallyu Hamkke's affiliate artist program is designed to help fanartists who with the process of manufacturing and selling merchandise using their designs.

We offer assitance with everything from finding the best and cheapest manufacturing options, working with manufacturers for production, reception of items, storage of items, sales, and shipment of items.

There are three service tiers available for artists to choose from.

Post-Production Sales Service

  • Hallyu Hamkke will keep an on hand inventory of your items for sales and shipping for a period of 90 calendar days without incurring warehouse fees.
  • Any on hand items not sold after 90 calendar days will have the option to either be returned to the artist or held at a rate of $10 per 30 calendar days.
  • Artists will be given a monthly sales report and receive a payout for all items sold under their brand via the chose payout method.
  • A flat 10% per item sold fee will be charged for this service tier.


Pre-Order Sales Service

  • Hallyu Hamkke will help with pre-order sales for items that the artist has handled securing a manufacturer for by adding them to our shop for the period requested by the artist.
  • Hallyu Hamkke will handle the shipping of all pre-order items to customers who purchase from the Hallyu Hamkke shop.
  • Artists will be responsible for delivering all pre-order items to Hallyu Hamkke for shipping to pre-order customers who purchase from the Hallyu Hamkke shop.
  • A flat 10% per item sold fee will be charged for this service tier.


Deluxe Production Service

  • Hallyu Hamkke will contact and work with manufacturers to find artists the best and most afforable options for producing their items.
  • Hallyu Hamkke will handle the purchase and reception of the items from the manufacturer.
  • Hallyu Hamkke will handle pre-order sales for your items.
  • Hallyu Hamkke will keep an on hand inventory of your items for sales and shipping for a period of 90 calendar days without incurring warehouse fees upon arrival from the manufacturer for any items not sold during the pre-order period.
  • Any on hand items not sold after 90 calendar days will have the option to either be returned to the artist or held at a rate of $10 per 30 calendar days.
  • Artists will be given a monthly sales report and receive a payout for all items sold under their brand via the chosen payout method.
  • Artists will be responsible for paying any manufacturing, shipping, and duties costs not covered by pre-order sales after the 10% per item sevice fee.
  • A flat 10% per item sold fee will be charged for this service tier.
  • There will be a $20 up front fee for this service tier to cover any possible production cancelations. If production is met via pre-orders and the items are manufactured the fee will be returned to the artist with their first payout. If production is not met via pre-order sales and the artist pays the deficit the $20 will go towards the cost of production. If production is not met and the artist is unwilling to pay the deficit and production is canceled the $20 fee will not be refunded.


Terms and Conditions

  • Hallyu Hamkke is a 3rd party facilitator of sales and is not responsible for any lost or damaged in transit merchandise from the manufacturer to Hallyu Hamkke or from Hallyu Hamkke to the ordering customers.
  • Hallyu Hamkke is not responsible to cover any artist losses on production, shipping, or customs duties.
  • Arists are responsible for any shipping costs to ship inventory to Hallyu Hamkke or receive inventory from Hallyu Hamkke at the end of the free storage period if the $10 warehouse fee is not paid.
  • Artists who refuse to pay the shipping fees for their items to be returned to them or for the $10 warehouse fee will not receive the items or any future payouts for items sold via Hallyu Hamkke.
  • Any items that are left with Hallyu Hamkke more than 14 days beyond the 90 day free hold period without a $10 warehouse fee will become the property of Hallyu Hamkke.
  • Artists agree to pay any listed fees for services rendered. Failure to do so will result in loss of services with no refunds on my prior paid fees.
