Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return on an item that is not received damaged or incorrect, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return postage must be paid by the customer if the item is returned for reason other than damage or incorrect item receipt. Simple change of mind or mistakes in ordering will be the responsibility of the buyer. A restocking fee of 10%, with a minimum of $5 will be charged for returns on these items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. An unboxing video is required for these items to be eligible for return.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Exchanges
All items that were received incorrectly or damaged must be transferred to the post office within 5 business days of a return label being sent to the customer in order to receive a refund or replacement item. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

Pre-Order items are not eligible for cancellation or refunds. Unboxing videos are required to open a missing or damaged item claim. If the package has been visibly tampered with prior to the video being filmed no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued. Items that are lost or stolen during transit are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Items that are returned to us by the post due to delivery failure will be eligible for a refund via store credit on the items only. All sales tax and shipping fees are non-refundable. Any non-preorder items that are canceled prior to shipment will be subject to a 10% restocking fee with a minimum charge of $5.

All refunds will be issued via store gift card.
