Poca Exchange

Do you have photocards that you're looking to get rid of, but don't want the hassle of listing them for sale? Look no further. With the poca exchange program you can submit photos and a list of photocards you are interested in selling for an evaluation and tentative store credit offer if we have an interest in purchasing any of the cards.

Once an offer has been sent for the photocards that you wish to sell, you will be given a shipping address to send the cards for inspection. If the cards are clean, free of damage and misprinting you will be given store credit which can be used to purchase items from our shop in the amount offered. If any of the cards are in less than adequate condition the amount offered for said cards will be deducted and thsoe cards will be returned to you.

All photocards must be posted within 5 business days of the offer receipt with a valid tracking number sent to us via response to the offer email or the offer will no longer be valid. Any postage costs for inspection and for return must be paid by the customer that wishes to sell the cards to the shop. All offers will be approximately 60% of the value that we will be listing the cards for. 

Please note that we reserve the right to not return any damaged cards that do not have return postage paid by the sender. We also reserve the right to decline any photocards that are submitted for consideration and will only be sending out offers on photocards that we believe we will be able to sell. 

We are primarily looking for cards that hold a value of $8USD or higher. Album photocards will be accepted if high demand, but event photocards and other rare photocards will be a priority. We will only be accepting batches of 5 cards or less per seller currently as we are still in the testing phase of this program.

Please make sure that the form is filled out accurately and completely before submission in order to prevent any issues with your submission being receiving correctly.
